Why yes indeed ... things have been a whirlwind here. No extra-special plans for the holiday, other than spending it with friends and family. No travel plans, although next year I would like to visit my sister in California.

I've been getting regular calls from my writing partner regarding our script MUD ALLEY MIDGETS which is being optioned by a producer in Los Angeles.

One of our other scripts, HASBEEN HOTEL, which we recently did a polish rewrite on, is on its way to Jane Withers, Mitzi Gaynor, Sid Caesar and a few older stars to attach so we can take the project to a producer.

I want to take a moment to thank each and every one of you for your participation here at Script Nurse. It doesn't matter whether you're trying out ideas, polishing up your next spec script or just learning how to write your first screenplay, it's your involvement and participation that matters most. Why? Because for every one of us who actively participates in the forums, there are many others who are lurking and learning from our discussions. So the more active the discussions are, the more people who visit the site will learn. In a way, it's one way of giving back.

To everyone who visits Script Nurse, I wish you and your family the very best Season's Greetings and a Happy and Prosperous New Year!
