I was born in the City of the Big Shoulders (on the south side - the hospital's gone now), and lived there off and on for a while, but Detroit is where I hang my
head hat these days.
Your enthusiasm at this juncture is admirable... with our help and advice, your job is to keep stoking that fire in the belly, and get done what you need to do to get a script finished.
Two rules I find helpful:
- Don't get it right - get it written!
- Apply seat of pants to seat of chair.
