Thanks, Mike.  Welcome to a very good place to learn and grow as a writer... especially those of us who've been around the block a bit.

Hey all, hope you are doing well!
I am a construction worker in Mobile, Alabama. Needless to say, my job pays the bills but does not allow much room for creative expression.
I have decided to try my hand at screen writing mainly just to have fun and add some artistic expression to my otherwise blue-collar life.
I have read three books so far: The Screenwriters Bible, Screenwriting for Dummies, and How Not to Write a Screenplay. Next paycheck I'm going to get that Joseph Campbell book.
Anyhow, nice to meet you all!
