My first two attempts at scriptwriting are still under the "attempt" category. "Dis Family Robinson" and "The Testament of Solomon".
The first is quite self explanatory. The second...well, you'd have to read the actual testament to understand the immense potential it has for todays audiences, the screen and the absolutely amazing special effects available for producing this type of motion picture experience. It's comforting to know there are some real pro's around me.

Hi,
Welcome from an Indian writer. I  visited your site. The welcome is quite good, but the interview is not clear. Probably it is to do with my computer.
By the way I am Padma Narayanaswamy and I write crossover scripts with the help of few friends like Lloyd Boyd .

Welcome, Mr. Goldstein and congratulations on Pretty Woman and some of your others. I recognize many of them. Pretty Woman is one I've watched with my wife a few times. She for the movie, me to hear Roy Orbison - not that the movie isn't good.

I've got one screenplay finished as well as I can at this point manage, and am in the process of looking to market it. In the meantime, I'm busy with another. Write, and write, and keep on writing.

Good Morning and Welcome Mr. Goldstein!

You can do it Thunderfoe!  Just pick a weekend, lock the doors and hammer out that first draft!  Then you can tinker away with it Smiley

My pleasure, really. The question should be more like, When did you decide to write a screenplay? I felt the urge to write a Sy-Fy story I thought would be interesting but ended up writing something else that popped into my head. I began writing it about one year ago and am only nearly half way through my first draft. I would classify it as a drama thriller.

I am by no means a screenwriter but I do have this burning inner impulse to tell gripping stories derived from my own mind. Wow! I have a steady job in the casino business doing technology that takes up a good portion of my day. My biggest problem is my lack of decipline with my writing but I'm trying hard to shake that. I feel that I'm taking too long to write this screenplay.

I know that many say not to do it for the money but seeing something I had a direct hand in creating go up on the screen while getting paid for it would be amazing. If only...
