Yes ... comedy, drama, dramedy, horror, thriller, action ... or some combos, plus their suggested descriptives. See the screenshot under "Genre tags."

I take it this is for GreenWriter.org? If so, when you upload your script PDF and treatment PDF, you'll be asked for "keywords" (i.e. "tags") that describe the story. After you create an account, the submission screen looks like this:

In a screenplay web site along with the script, treatment, log line and synopsis. It's to provide potential producers information about the screenplay.
