While not a screenwriting book per-say, Steven Pressfield's The War of Art is a great examination of what makes writers tick.  How to we overcome procrastination?  Where can we find inspiration?  How do we become truly fulfilled and successful as writers?  My only gripe is that Pressfield looks to divine influence as the source of inspiration, whereas I believe that's for each writer to produce within himself.

Pick it up, it's a quick, cheap read that'll get you pumping out pages in no time!
