Ever hear of a not your ordinary "Zombie Script"?

I'm kinda working on one for the past 5 years and am Just starting from scratch now.

Its more of a Scifi than anything. It doesnt start off as a Zombie Flick. Its starts off as a biological weapon to create super soldiers.

I have a 2 page synopsis in .pdf if anyone whants to view it? I'm kinda stuck with the whole story twist and not trying to touch any current events of the world (terrorist...stuff).
