Contact Jay Rodriguez at Itchy House Films (www.itchyhousefilms.com) ... jay@itchyhousefilms.com ... Jay does short films.

You're a bit unclear if this is a "Christmas lights overcome evil forces" or if it's just a hook. If it's the old man's belief in the Christmas spirit that brings back these men trapped in an eternal limbo, then you've got the makings if a really different Christmas movie. If it's more faith-based, I know someone who might be interested as a feature.

Seeking visionary producer for Award-Winning short script (10 pages) DARK NIGHT OF THE SOULS. I am looking to have it made as a  calling card for development of a feature:

Logline: A village eccentric’s insistence that he can bring a lost ship with Christmas lights provokes the wrath of a village bent on forgetting.

Synopsis: The loss of a fishing boat just before Christmas leaves a seacoast village a dark place. An eccentric, whose joy and purpose in life was to have tea ready for the returning crew, refuses to give up hope. He finds a glittering fishing lure. A ship horn sounds – is it the lost ship or a hallucination? The story is his struggle against the rising anger of the villagers to light Christmas lights to guide “his boys” home.
