WOW ... and my goal is to find a producing partner to work with my production company. It could be that we can learn from you as well. A number of the writers who hang out here are interested in keeping control of their projects. One effective way to do this is to produce one's own work. So, learning about producing is a good avenue.

Hi everyone,

I am new to film/television production, being in the process of a career change. My background is in accounting/finance/management. My goal is to produce features for film and television, while also contributing as a writer.

Hopefully, I can get some good insight from this website into all issues that a writer faces, and how to work through them.
