How many pages is the novel?

Paul S. Levine in Venice, CA is an agent who specializes in book deals and is an entertainment attorney. He's worked for Warner Bros and others on the film side and knows the business.  You might query him and see if he's looking for new book clients.  Studios buy film rights to books all the time.

I have written a short self-published novel. I sent it to 10 of my online writer friends. Everyone I sent it to thought it was excellent.
I need a person who could turn it into a screenplay. Someone with experience. Maybe with some connections.
The book is a satire on private detective novels. I think it would make an excellent comedy but I need a partner to make it happen. 50/50

Tell me how many scripts you've read.
Tell me a little about how you work ... setup your stories ... get yourself organized, etc.
Have you written before ... stories, essays, books, etc.?

I'm new to the art of Screenwriting, and I'm looking for someone to help me connect the dots with a script/s and help push the story forward. This person should be an honest, mature adult with some experience, and ability to brainstorm ideas etc.
Genres that I'm drawn to are drama/comedy/animation/family.
