Thanks all, but we do have a lawyer... and she's locked and loaded.
BoA is seriously running nervous, I think... but what we'll see what happens.

An assistant to the President of BoA says you don't need an attorney. Riiigggggtttt!!!

Get a good lawyer. Immediately. Don't sign anything, don't even discuss anything with them. If they call again, refer them to your new lawyer.

Things are beginning to get interesting... in the sense of the ancient Chinese curse.

Complaints are piling up against BoA... we have an attorney from Legal Aid... and an assistant to the President of BoA called and talked to my wife the other day.  (He insisted that we didn't need an attorney, that he could advocate for us.  Oh?  And I'm Marie, Queen of Romania...)

'Round and 'round and 'round it goes... where it stops, God only knows.  (If you believe in/worship/follow any deity, Allah to Zoroaster, take your pick.)

We shall see what we shall see...

Well, genties and ladlemen of the audio radiance, the clock ticks down.
The time is nearly here.
Thanks to some incredible stupidity by Bank of America, who is foreclosing on my home equity loan without my having missed a payment, or been late on one, my wife and I will soon be Forced Onto The Road.
We have a couple of offers from friends on the West Coast, and we may take them up on it, at least temporarily.
Other than that, who knows?
If I get access to wi-fi, I can still check in here from time to time.
Other than that, who knows?
(Oh, yeah, I said that already.)

Oh, well...
Until whenever.
