I started out behind the camera in 1984.  My first movie was for Transworld Entertainment's "Pray For Death" (released 1985) with Sho Kosugi, James Booth, Michael Constantine and Parley Baer.  I was the construction coordinator and in the credits as such.  In 1986 I was flown to California by CineTel Films as a construction foreman on "Bullet Proof (released 1987) with Gary Busey and L. Q. Jones.  I am in the credits and listed in IMDB for both movies.

My interest vary and over the years I have been a script supervisor, line producer and even an actor in commercials.  I am now the Local Group Leader of IndieClub Houston.

I have always enjoyed writing and have hammered out a few scripts in the past.  I just registered my first serious effort with WGA West and hope to see it in production.  It's funny but at 49 I am still learning.

1st Update:

7/26/2009 - OK, I could not sell my scripts outright so I formed a production company and shot my own.  Now at 52 I have written, produced and shot two featured length films.  The first was on a HVX 200 and the second was shot 2K on a RED ONE.  I shot "Land of the Twice Forgiven" in 2007 and "Revenant" in 2009.  I was able to get Ron Becks out of LA for the lead of Revenant and am very happy with the results.  My next is a romantic/comedy/drama set in foreign soil.  I hope to shoot it in 2010.  I start on a documentary on 7/31/2009.
