If I didn't know better, this looks more like unabashed self-promotion. It is also rather curious you've adopted the name of the famous "Godfather of Gore," Lucio Fulci, who died in March 1996.
If you want screenplays to be submitted, instructions need to be posted telling writers HOW to submit their work, along with any requirements for the submissions themselves.
