If you intend that the camera will be fluid and follow characters around the house and from room to room as they speak, I'd write is as one scene that begins in a specified room of the house. Use dialogue and action description to lead us from one room to another. If they are just different set-ups, write them as separate scenes.

Ok, I feel dumb asking but I have a script where the action takes place in different rooms of a house - do you need to have the Scene Heading changed each time you go from room to room, if its still the same day?  Right now, I have it as INT. HALFWAY HOUSE - LIVING ROOM -DAY as the scene begins, and then as them move from room to room, I just indicate BEDROOM and go from there.  Or is this just not as big as a deal as I'm making it?
