The first thing that came to mind is that this might be very funny. Maybe a dark comedy, but I think there's a possibility there. From your description, it sounds like a murder thriller, which Hollywood loves. Someone once said (Alfred Hitchcock?) to make a great movie just "take ordinary people and put them in extraordinary cirumstances." This surely sounds like what you've got. You've left out the possibility that while each of the four people you mentioned are busy suspecting each other, there "could" be someone else who's stalking them and murdering them one at a time. You've got several ways to go.

I suggest you try a dozen or so loglines for the various approaches and see what appeals to you. Get familiar with the genre you select and read 5-10 scripts to get a feel for how they're written before you set out to create your own script.

Smiley   4 Friends are working an all nighter graveyard shift at the old television station,  verbally abused by the station manager,  all find themselves imagining heinously murdering him,  only soon after to find him dead..
It's obvious to them,  one of them is the murder,  either "hang it up",  lose their jobs,  and go to prison as accomplices,  or...  They can dispose of their dead boss's body..  Turning 4 friends,  into 4 of the most unusual of suspects...
