Excellent advice!

There is practically no subject imaginable that you cannot find on the Internet. HOWEVER, how you search can make all the difference in world. In your example, you will get three different sets of results with overlap, of course, if you search on:

olympic training rules
training rules olympic
rules olympic training

So ... be creative when you search!

Under "Olympic Rules" you can probably find age limits and training rules imposed on athletes. To my knowledge, an athlete can train anywhere, and is able to represent the country of their birth at any age. There ARE rules, of course, and they can be accessed by "Googling." Use combinations of words, such as "Olympic rules,""Olympic training rules," "Olympic age limits" or similarly phrased questions. This will give you a list of websites to explore.
I understand that English is not your primary language, and actually you are quite good at it, but please, take advantage of the spell check options available to you. Misspelling, incorrect punctuation, and misuse of words will cause a reader to abandon your script, and you have a good concept here.
How about letting us take a look at what you have done so far? We promise to be kind, fair, and objective. Scriptnurse, Uncle Al and others can give you all kinds of suggestions, and as an English major, I'll try to pick up on your little errors.
Have fun and good luck!   LloJo
