I have a logline, what do you all think?

Uh, it's "taken up residence"... just so you know.

And it seems a bit long to me... wordy.
How about this?
"Estranged father and son atheists must battle a demon who has caused half the world's population to disappear."

Here's the longline for my script World War III:

"Estranged father and son atheists discover one morning half of the world's population has suddenly vanished and an evil demon has taken presedence on Earth, forcing those left behind to follow him. Together they must make the choice of following either good or evil to survive. Their choice leads to a road of horror, murder and mayhem."

So what do you all think of it? I need good and bad critcism.
