We're glad to offer up our 2 cents worth. If it's helpful, upgrade that to 10 cents.   Grin

Thank you so much. Have you ever had one of those days where you just start writing and you can't stop and don't even know who, how or why you are writing?

I got almost a complete battle finished already if it is ok I will post it when it's done and see what you think of my first try.

Thanks again everyone I was lost until lastnight lol

Add to the list anything Arnold Schwarzenegger did in the last 10-15 years of his film career.

Here's the ideal approach ... download the scripts for action films in your DVD library. Compare what's written to what you see. Then, you do the reverse ... "see" it in your mind and write it down in the same style you've seen in the scripts you've read.

Need scripts? This should help you find most anything: http://scriptnurse.com/wcms/index.php?scripts_ko8

Want to write? READ!

Die Hard.

The Last Boy Scout.

Speed.

I'm sure my compatriots on the list will come up with many more.

Im at the point in my story to start some fight, battle, and other action scenes and would love to know who I go about doing this. I have tryed writing action before but comes out more like a comix than writing.

I just would like any advice on how to write battle and combat scenes and is there an articals you could link that may help with this?
