I am writng a script on an Indian woman
wrongly confined to prison for being friends with a pakistani
terrorist . I would like to know about the prison conditions
and the judiciary factors both in USA or UK that is the trial scenes
How can she be tried under US laws ? pl help me

In the US, this person wouldn't be held in a prison; more than likely, she'd be sent to Guantanamo Bay.
R. I. P. innocent until proven guilty. The conditions in Gitmo are researchable; there's been enough news stories about them.
And the thing about being held under the Patriot Act and Patriot Act II, she wouldn't necessarily be tried.
The courts are still trying to convince The Decider he's wrong about that. For the UK, I stand
nux vomica, and ask one of our Brit brethren (or sistren) to enter a plea on my behalf.
