The name will be changed when it goes into production. Unless legal gets the brand to pay for the placement.

I would just say game and console and maybe describe the on screen action. Unless the fact he is playing GTA (4?) is important to the scripts plot.

i am writing a screenlay and it involves teenagers playing video games. is it all right if i mention the name of the game and the console they are playing it on. can i write that gary was play gta on his new xbox 360. can i do this without getting myself into the hassle of copyrights. or should i just write that gary was playing his new video game?

help me please?Huh
