I also work in IT (full time).

Been there, done that, beat the indictment, burned the negatives...

Cheers!

probably won't see daylight for quite a while....intravenous coffee on order.

Just munch the grounds right from the container.

I mean, why dilute it?

Cheers!

Well, hello, kabuki.
Finished a 100-pager, eh?  Good.  Now you need to rewrite it.
And rewrite it.

Thanks for the welcome messages - what a civilised and friendly board this is (makes a change from some!)
Rewriting now....probably won't see daylight for quite a while....intravenous coffee on order.

(Rinse, Lather, Repeat... that sort of thing.)

Then, for the other two, it's the same sort of thing.

Writing... Gotta love it!

Cheers!

Hi - just saying hello. I've looked at a number of screenwriting forums and this appears to be the liveliest. I work in IT, but have loved movies from an early age and also have always been interested in creative writing. So I thought I'd combine the two interests. I'm doing a film studies course in my free time, and part of this involved writing a screenplay extract. Having started off small I went on to finish a 100-page screenplay. Well, I say finish, but what I mean is that I have finished a first draft. I now have ideas for two more screenplays.
