I have personally used and can recommend:

Paul S. Levine
1054 Superba Avenue
Venice, CA 90291-3940
Telephone (310) 450-6711
Facsimile (310) 450-0181
Cellular (310) 877-0181
Toll-Free Facsimile & Voicemail (800) 742-1819

I "wear two hats" — I am both an entertainment law attorney and a literary agent. I specialize in the representation of writers, producers, directors, actors, authors, composers, musicians, artists, photographers, galleries, publishers, developers, production companies and theatre companies in the fields of motion pictures, television (scripted and unscripted), publishing, interactive multimedia, live stage, recorded music, concerts, the visual arts, and advertising. I also represent, as a literary agent, adult, children, and young adult fiction and non-fiction book authors.

Does your state Bar Association have lists of entertainment attorneys?

How about checking with the WGA (either East or West, depending on what side of the Mississippi River you're on)?

These options have been put forward elsewhere in the forum posts, but reminders don't hurt much...

Cheers!

Anyone have any suggestions as far as a good candidate for a legal rep.  I'm still trying to work this out as now I do have a contract for
an option agreement sitting in front of me.  I had a lawyer friend read it over and he thought I should definitely consult a entertainment
lawyer.  I'm open to anyone who is out there and has done good work.  I'm currently waiting for responses I've sent out, but seeking every
avenue possible.  Thanks!
