It was a short film, in response to a contest. You can see it on www.trutopia.org if you care to join. Her name is Elisabeth, and the site is a free screenwriters site, much like this one.
I think yours could be filmed using some of the tricks used in "The Invisible Man." I don't see where you'd incur any legal trouble using a live actress.

3 days for a whole movie? Wow. What about the music etc? How long is the movie?

Btw, my story is about a woman without a body so it would take a lot of  special effects or of course using a real one would also be an option. Not sure if that is legal though... Frankenstein got in lots of troubles those days.

Never say never.
With a crew of three (including herself) a friend of mine filmed her own script. One camera, with a tripod, and a computer to edit with, she filmed it in three day. It turned out awesome.

I'm writing a screenplay about a bodyless bitch, a strange but fun experience! Of course, it will never turned into a movie but what the heck...
