I also visited the site and many scripts and films are loaded there . personally I feel for me that is not much of a use I write crossover scripts and there is only a niche market for it . My script is women centric and though it has a strong story line, there is a prejudice against Indian script writers padma
Is registering the same thing as the copyright or do u have to do that separately?
once you register you get an e-mail from them about the number and than you can quote that number when you are selling the script . Unless you copywright the Production houses wont accept to sell, nor Trigger or other sites will accept the scripts for reviews . padm a

Way to go, Don. It's proof that persistence and sticking with it can pay off. I know too many writers with good scripts, both novel or screenplay, who when rejected once or twice will give up.
Everyone should remember that Stephen King was rejected numerous times. John Grisham's first novel was rejected by 17 publishers.
Let your script make the rounds of every production company and/or every agent who will read it. This, of course, is for those who don't self produce. I've got no idea how that works, and no desire to produce my own garbage.

I check in every couple of days. My wife and I are busily shopping our screenplays around. In the meantime, she's started a new one and, pages into it, realized it just wouldn't work as a screenplay and is taking a break while we try to find someone interested in our current scripts.
I'm toying with an idea, making notes and doing research. That's a new thing. I love reading history, but I hate research - and I've never been able to work from an outline.

Nope , unless you are very passionate you cannot write script writing. you should enjoy it . It also depends on the genre you like . I love reading books from Daniella steel ,Nora Roberts . I am greatly influenced . They are emotional . Emotional stories touches my heart . I know sci-fiction and horror are popular but I don't like reading such genre . padma
