Hey, all.

It's been... interesting. In the sense of the ancient Chinese curse.

We've started working a new business or seventeen, custom T-shirts and hats.  I've been working on putting our custom buttons, the shirts, hats, and other printables (whatever we can do) up on the Web site, packing, unpacking, repacking, and trying to second-guess my second-guessing about a show we did in Lansing (Michigan's state capital) a week or so ago, and editing some footage of a deer that was in our neighborhood back on Memorial Day.  (Not something you'd expect in a close-in suburb of Detroit.)

I'm still writing, still shooting, still editing, and trying not to go milky in the filbert.

Cheers!

Completed a treatment for a feature and working on the screenplay for a guy in the UK.

So parked everything else for a bit to concentrate on this one...

I know it's a bit overdue but just answer your question Shindig, the comedy spoof is going to be more like Airplane or Spaceballs, but most definitely NOT like "Galaxy Quest." Don't get me wrong, it's not a bad movie, just not what we're aiming for. I'd like to have it finished before the new Star Trek movie comes out. I think it would be perfect timing.

Do you have a writing agreement for all of your work with your partner? If not, here's mine ... http://scriptnurse.com/wcms/index.php?agreements ... one agreement per title ... attached to script to be registered if they permit it.

I'm writing a horror feature on my own, and working on a collaborative effort with a friend (romantic comedy) as well as installing a new laminate floor in my condo.
from reading the above, we're all busy in our own right, just as we should be.  Roll Eyes

I fancy having a crack at http://www.bbc.co.uk/writersroom/opportunity/sharps.shtml.

So that's in the to do pile along with carrying on with the second draft of the Wall Department.  I've slowed right down, lately.

WOW,

I thought I was busy...
That's not busy.  That's a ginormous elephantine slightly higher level of activity.  And to top it off, I'm getting visited by that old family enemy, Arthur Ritis.  My knees hate me.

Cheers!

I've just finished cleaning out a 10 by 16 storage unit that was filled to the rafters, attempting to sort, catalog, and trash untold numbers of 18-gallon plastic storage boxes filled with the accumulated detritus of many moves, writing when I can on five or six different projects, trying to do a little shooting and editing to build my reel, and preparing myself for more job applications.

Sleep?  What's that?

Cheers!
