Yes he did agree and than only I agreed for the sale.

The producer has agreed to pay you a sum and you have asked for screen credit. He should agree to that in the contract. The screen credit is the only proof you will have that you wrote the screenplay, so it's important.

Thank you Script Nurse and Uncle-Al for your wishes.
He is a low budget film maker . He is saying he is starting
his production on April-May and bringing to the US for screening .
of course he said he has said he had made some changes in the story and
probably change the title . I said ok but also asked  him to give me some credit as
a screen writer in the contract.

Hi friends ,
sorry i dont know where to post , so I am posting my info here .
I am happy to inform you about.my first sale of my script Finding
my papa
. It was purchased by an low budget Indian Film producer.
Though the amount is paltry and I am happy .
It is through this site i met my mentor LLo-Jo who helped me and is stil helping me .
From this site I have also met some encouraging friends .
